How does it work?

Unlike the UK, we cannot watch over your overseas property BUT we can network and advertise your property lettings FREE of charge until we find a suitable client or tenant. We charge a flat-rate referral finders fee of 8% of the gross sale, rental, hire or lettings agreement.

Lettings-Guru.Co.UK, can vet and background check the potential client and once approved by all we will then arrange a flight inspection or take an initial deposit from the client and then place a CONFIRMED BOOKING with the landlord, owner or developer. Of course, each case requires a slightly professional tailored approach!

Once the referred client is booked we expect the developer, FSBO or property landlord to then accommodate and honor the flight inspection or rental booking with professionalism and courtesy. We do want our referred investors or lettings clients happy! Once the rental booking has taken place and the referred lettings client enters the overseas rental property it is the sole responsibility of the overseas property landlord or owner to monitor and ensure that the property is kept and left in a good and clean condition.
